This commercial development project comprised the construction of three large-scale buildings intended for use as warehouse and distribution centers. Located in the rapidly growing city of Goodyear, Arizona, the project was designed to meet the increasing logistical and storage needs of businesses operating in the Southwest region of the United States. As a key contributor to the area’s expanding economic landscape, the project plays a crucial role in enhancing supply chain capabilities and attracting commercial activity.

Each of the three buildings was designed with functionality and efficiency at the forefront. The facilities offer vast interior space optimized for storage, inventory management, and streamlined distribution operations.
