This multi building project brings distribution to an area that lacked distribution warehouses. The project has cast in place columns at each entrance that the panels sit on. This project consisted of both horizonal and vertical reveals along with form liner that all has to match up.

What obstacles were overcome related to the schedule, budget, program, specification, site, etc. on this project?

This was a fast pace project that consisted of 5 buildings. We faced a lot of weather delays but still brought in the project on schedule.

Please communicate any engineering complexities or unique features of the panel design for this project?

Panels have returns and the entrances and cast in place columns almost 50' tall that had to be cast before the panels were lifted.
