Tilt Panels were set on a piling and grade beam system, Due to this system, the Crawler crane was required to remain outside of the building footprint as to not damage the piles or the grade beams when setting the panels. Interior tilt wall core housed the operations, maintenance, and offices for the manufacturing plant. There was also a rail crane that was attached to the tilt panels on a haunch that ran the length of the building.
