Building 1 located at 4480 Elevation Drive is one of two buildings part of Phase 1 at the Elevation25 campus. The campus is in the Northern Denver market on the border of Boulder and Weld Counties. The entire campus is located on a 73-acre site with available storage yards and a dedicated open space. The campus will be completed in four planned phases with a total of 9 buildings. This speculative industrial development offers high visibility and easy access within two turns to I-25.
This was the Town of Meads' largest development to date. Building 1 was 65% pre-leased prior to core and shell completion with two tenants. Phase 1 was completed and delivered through vexing and adverse winter weather conditions. With a slightly narrower footprint at 180 feet deep than building 2 at 210 feet, building 1 delivers 93,600 square feet of class A warehouse with 28-feet clear heights, 5 drive-in doors, 14 dock doors, and 145 parking spaces.
