The project encompasses a two-story structure, covering an area of 51,992 square feet. It comprises an office building with core and shell components. The first floor of the office building houses showrooms and offices, while the second floor remains unfinished for potential future tenants. The campus also includes associated car and parking facilities.
A big obstacle this project faced was the size of the site. With the facility serving both an office and warehouse, the site had to be laid out so that both operations could function during business hours without conflicting with each other on a size-restricted site. Also due to the limited available space, the field team had to carefully pick and create locations for the panels to be cast.
Along the same front elevation, the site drops a drastic 12ft. Where the panels at the entrance are 1FT below finish floor, at the Southwest corner they are 10FT below finish floor. The structural engineer had to design the Southwest corner in a way avoid the panels having to act as retaining walls or the potential of overturning.
