Alliance Rojas

Summarize the project's program, features and achievements?

Alliance Rojas is a state-of-the-art industrial spec building located in the bustling industrial hub of east El Paso, Texas. Spanning 99,507 square feet, the facility is strategically positioned near Interstate 10 and less than six miles from the Zaragoza International Bridge. It offers modern logistical capabilities with a clear height of 32 feet (minimum), up to 27 dock positions, and flexible space configurations to accommodate various tenants.

What obstacles were overcome related to the schedule, budget, program, specification, site, etc. on this project?

The project's location presented unique challenges from the start. A steep slope and high-voltage powerline restricted traditional crane operations on the west side of the site. If not addressed with innovative planning, this obstacle could have led to significant delays and increased costs. We enhanced the concrete riprap slope that was already included in our scope to serve as a stable bracing point for the tilt panels, allowing us to effectively redirect the crane path.
