AM Concrete is thrilled to present its exceptional contribution to the Covington Distribution project, where innovation, precision, and expertise converge to set a new standard in concrete construction.

Spanning 208,000 square feet, the 6-inch Slab-on-Grade (SOG) at Covington Distribution exemplifies AM Concrete's unwavering commitment to excellence. With an outstanding Floor Flatness (FF) rating of 75 and Floor Levelness (FL) rating of 52, our team surpassed the required FF-50/FL-35 standard with remarkable proficiency. This achievement is further validated as a superflat floor by ACI 302, underscoring AM Concrete's dedication to precision and quality.

In addition to the exemplary SOG work, our expertise was showcased in the installation of 92,000 square feet of tilt panels, including 15,000 square feet of technically challenging thin brick paneling. Each thin brick was meticulously installed piece by piece, totaling over 80,000 individual bricks. This feat demonstrates AM Concrete's unparalleled attention to detail and craftsmanship, setting a new benchmark for quality in concrete construction.
