City Creek Reserve Building A
Summarize the project's program, features, and achievements: City Creek Reserve's recently completed 700,000+ SF warehouse is already helping meet the steadily increasing distribution needs in the Salt Lake City area. Over 140 massive panels were lifted using the biggest crane our company has ever employed. Each one was carefully leveled, inspected, cleaned, and painted to match previous buildings. White, light gray, and gray panels provide an eye-catching contrast to the dark, energy-efficient windows and storefront at each corner of the building. Numerous truck bays were thoughtfully spaced to find the balance between efficiency and safety. The finished building footprint is among Stout's largest projects and we were honored to be involved.
