VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic

Summarize the project's program, features and achievements.

Despite a project originally designed for CMU, tilt-up was ultimately chosen for the VA Community-Outpatient Clinic for it's speed, cost, and flexibility. Tilt-up was chosen for its sustainability of a long lasting durable building that would require little maintenance through it's longevity. The new modern facility has already lured new construction of surrounding retail businesses to support the 54,000 cars that pass by the new facility each day. With the existing and growing number of veterans in the Tampa Bay Area, the new clinic will provide expanded services to the community.
