Veronica Avenue

The complex forms of Veronica Avenue create an eye-catching, attractive 926,000 square foot logistics center located in the heart of New Jersey. Developed on a retired golf course, the project recycled the site and transformed it into a prime industrial hub on the east coast. The building includes 147 dock positions, drive-in doors and can hold a variety of office layouts, making it an optimal home for a diverse number of tenants. Dynamic entry features express the building’s programmatic elements; offices at opposite corners support the operations housed within the structure. Fully suspended tilt panels at the entries are an engineering feat, with a complex structural steel system to support the freestanding forms. An ACM clad canopy bisects the accent panels and brings the entries down to a relatable human scale. Illuminated translucent storefront systems accentuate both the entrances and expansive elevations, making the site a spectacle to see after dark.
