Costex Tractor Parts Building

Project consists of a three story office building attached to a two story warehouse. A series of segmented panels form the curbed main office building elevation. Segmented radius elevation is formed by panels supported by integral pilasters and spandrel panels supported by panels with integral pilasters. The pilasters are recessed in to allow for ribbon windows. Only every other panel is supported by integral pilasters, this gives the building front elevation its floating appearance. The owners logo as well as the excavator loader and bulldozer form liners are displayed around the building. Office buildings main lobby show cases a spiral staircase. This project is one of the only two story warehouses in the region.
