CLP is a master-planned, Class A, infill industrial development North of Denver. The site is situated adjacent to I-76 to allow immediate access to all the Denver areas' primary highways and interstate. The park facilities will consist of 2 bulk distribution and 3 rear-load buildings on a 60.4-acre site with areas for outside storage. Building B offers 121, 275 SF with 28-foot clear heights. The exterior concrete panels were accented with textured paint, reveals, and shadow panels.
