Hayer II

Hayer II is the phase two to the Hayer development in the beautiful Campbell Heights of Surrey British Columbia. The 26,598-square-foot facility features pops of blue, cedar revels and angled panels with 51 panels in total. The new Hayer II business center is a piece of eye-catching modern architecture where new businesses can call home. The design allows the user to flow through the building with ease using colour and material to guide the user to entries and loading areas. The 2-story tilt-up structure with panels as tall as 32-5” and weighing over 100,207 lbs.
