Digital Building P

Digital Loudoun Building P is a 472,000 SF two-level data center located in Ashburn, Virginia. The building consists of an exterior tilt-up wall panel system with a structural steel interior. The tilt-up panels average 64’-10” in height and were cast with a formliner and reveal pattern along the main façade of the building. The building sits at the corner of Loudoun County Parkway and Waxpool Road in the heart of data center alley and is one of the more visible buildings in the area. There was a great deal of coordination to ensure that the final product provided the aesthetic quality that the design team required. Footings began in December 2019 and panel erection occurred in May of 2019. Slab on metal deck was poured out in early August and the project was turned over for interior fit out in September of 2019.
