Encompass 106 is a front office, rear-load speculative light industrial building of 106,000 square feet on an approximately 7 acre lot in the Encompass Business Park Development by Central Development. The building is constructed with site cast tilt-up concrete panels with steel and glass entries. It features 28 foot clear height, with dock high and drive-in loading, equipped with ESFR sprinkler system and a 2,000 amp electrical service. Designed with a 50 foot column spacing to provide for easy divisibility.
