Klein Tools Expansion

The project consists of a 290,000 square foot tilt-wall addition to the existing Klein Tools facility, located in Mansfield, Texas. The expansion includes a warehouse with an area for production, sorting and packaging. The ground floor consists of approximately 20,000 square feet of two-story lobby, open office area, offices, breakroom and a boardroom including a coffee bar. The second floor is comprised of 28,000 square feet including a lounge area for employees, open office, a lab, and executive suite with a small kitchen. Lockers and restrooms for employees are throughout the facility. A new building façade and lobby was added and a minor reconfiguration of the existing main entry was redesigned as an employee only entry. Custom wallcoverings showcase a historical timeline of the company, featuring a Texas theme.
