Nova Southeastern University's new Tampa Bay Regional Campus was debuted in Clearwater, Fla. The 311,000-square-foot facility features cutting-edge classrooms, expansive common areas and a two-story fitness center. The new campus offers a broader curriculum and when fully occupied, it will have approximately 2,000 students and 125 faculty and staff. The 3-story tilt-up structure with panels as tall as 60' and weighing over 215,000 lbs is accompanied by a 6-story parking garage. The project was built on an island overlooking the Tampa Bay.
