Clay 99 Building 5

The Clay 99 Building is a 433,200 SF cross dock building located in the Katy, Texas area, West of Houston. The building features tilt-up concrete construction methodology. Designed for logistics, storage, and distribution, the building can accommodate a single user or be divided into four lease spaces. A 36 foot structural clear height allows vertical racking and storage for a myriad of users. The four corner entries project outside the rectangular shaped building footprint to establish strong identities for future office build outs. The entries partially screen the truck courts, which features 100 dock positions and 4 drive up ramps. Design of the corner entries feature formliners and reveals, along with alternating accent bands of paint, aluminum canopies, and sun shade trellis. Concrete tiltwalls are the perfect canvas….add paint, blue tinted glazing, aluminum canopies, and then, the design comes to fruition!
