Bayport North Logistics Center

With immediate proximity to the Port of Houston, Bayport North Logistics Center is a Class A, state-of-the-art speculative distribution center offering numerous size and functionality options for companies in the port submarket. The project consists of two buildings totaling 336,053 square feet. The project was developed to cater demand for large distribution spaces, but the buildings were designed with flexibility to be able to accommodate users as small as 20,000 square feet. Building 2 totals 233,190 square feet with 32’ clears and 180’ truck courts. The cross-dock facility features 55 dock doors and 98 trailer parks. To give the building a more modern aesthetic, the team utilized form liner to create an eye-catching design, aluminum canopies with wood finish, and an offset glazing pattern to create a unique entry portal. The blue painted form liner sections create visual breaks to accent the corner entries and color choices were carefully selected to highlight specific features of the building.
