American Furniture Warehouse - Katy

Located on prime real estate in the City of Katy, this is the second and largest building of American Furniture Warehouse’s expansion into the Houston market. A 562,407 square foot tilt wall warehouse and showroom designed by Clay Chiappini with Butler Design Group Inc. and Nolan Morrison with American Furniture Warehouse. The warehouse consists of a 50,538 square foot mezzanine that facilitates the buildings offices, chair building stations, carpenter shop and paint booth. The warehouse also includes a 3,812 square foot truck maintenance shop that is equipped to handle all of the maintenance for the companies fleet. American Furniture Warehouse takes great pride in their 150,883 square foot showroom that consist of over 550 floor boxes and Karndean loose lay flooring throughout the entire show floor. The facade entrances of the building consist of masonry columns, metal panel canopies and illuminated glazing which provides a welcoming entrance.
