Digital Loudoun Building L2 & 3 is a 325,000 SF two-level data center located in Ashburn, Virginia. The building consists of an exterior tilt-up wall panel system with a structural steel interior. The tilt-up panels average 62’-0” in height and were cast with a form liner and reveal pattern along the main façade of the building facing Loudoun County Parkway. A great deal of coordination was required to insure that the final product provided the aesthetic quality that the design team required.
Footings began in March 2018 and panel erection occurred in May of 2018. Slab on metal deck was poured out in early August and the project was turned over for interior fit out in September of 2018.
