Fourteen555

Project summary provided by submitting company.

Fourteen555 is Cawley Partners’ newest office park, located on the Dallas North Tollway just north of I-635. The first phase of development, completed in August 2018, includes a 240,000 square foot, six-story office building with highly-efficient floor plates and high-end finishes. A landscaped courtyard opens onto a three story amenity building called “The Hub,” which offers a full-service restaurant with indoor-outdoor seating on the ground level, a fitness center and conference facility on the second level, and an open-air, covered terrace with games and lounge seating on the third level. A second phase of office development is planned to mirror the first phase and complete the courtyard.
