Parkview Commerce Center consists of three speculative concrete tilt-wall buildings totaling 276,054 square feet. Located in Flower Mound, Texas, a rapidly growing city in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex, this is the first speculative development of its kind in the region.
The three buildings feature varying clear heights ranging from 24'-30" to maximize the warehouse use for high pile storage. Each building features two-story, curtain wall glass corners to accent the height and provide ample natural light into each lease space. The design also utilizes staggered panels to provide opportunities for signage and entries unique to each tenant. The flexibility in design allowed by tilt-wall afforded the ability to blend creativity in material and function in a coherent manner.
