The tilt-up method was used to construct a medical Cannabis grow and processing facility. This project is an extremely complex indoor farming operation. There was 72,000 SF of floor area with a 36,000 SF building footprint. The tilt-up method allowed the owner to reduce the cost of the building and allowed for a quicker timeline.
