Dignity Health Neighborhood Hospitals Martin-Harris recently completed two Neighborhood Hospitals for Dignity Health. Each 38,500 SF, 2-story hospital features a Dignity Health Medical Group primary care clinic, an 8-bay emergency department, imaging and lab services and an 8-bed inpatient wing. The 18,676 SF medical office space upstairs for future Tenants consists of a fire-monitored corridor, public restrooms, electrical room, housekeeping and a future IDF room.
