Centercore 1 & 2

Project summary provided by submitting company.

This 2-building development was built on the former Dewey Lake in Adams County. The lake was drained and filled in to allow for this development. There is also a Superfund site just to the west.

A similar development was built by the Owner in Texas using different tilt-up techniques that the Owner found to be cumbersome and inefficient. The design team for this project worked closely together to come up with a much more efficient and elegant solution to the hanging corners and short "columns". The solution worked so well, the Owner is using it on two additional developments currently under design in other states.
