This project is an 11-story, 232-room hotel. The dual-brand concept led to enhanced and larger communal areas benefiting both business and leisure travelers.
The hotel’s shell skeleton and roof are post-tensioned slab. Floor slabs support the panels’ weight on alternating upper floors. The panels wrapped the building at the rooms’ offsets with integral return legs, which meant proper layout was critical to ensure return legs would fit.
