Double Dee Ranch and Saloon

The Double Dee Ranch and Saloon project used tilt-up for a western-themed restaurant and bar on one side and a saloon (gentlemen's club) on the other. Tilt-up allowed for shiplap siding type formliner and allowed for placing stone on panels. The frontage tilt-up panel had wooden slat siding behind the "Double Dee" sign, and other tilt-up panels supported old-fashioned balconies. The design included recesses in tilt-up panels for yellow-colored faux windows that mimic interior lighting.
