Laguna Springs Professional Center Phase 4 - Building B
Building B is four-story tilt-up building designed with column-free, clear-span floor plates making for efficient and flexible space planning. Two tilt-up shear walls are integrated into an efficient core design, eliminating the need for perimeter brace frames. The tilt-up panels offer floor-to-ceiling glass, allowing people to look out and natural light to come in. Tilt-up panels arranged around the building are in off-set layers and recesses that incorporate various window sizes and patterns.
