In stature and attention to architectural detail, the concrete tilt-up buildings in the Hedges Creek Business Park stand out from their many counterparts in Tualatin’s industrial section. Structures include Building A, which is a 50,000-square-foot, two-story, flex space structure, and the dual-purposed, 6,600-square-foot building that is half restaurant and half event venue featuring thick, rusticated, stained, concrete walls. Concrete tilt-up construction was chosen for the buildings because of its commanding strength and longevity.
