Value Plastics
Value Plastics is a single-story, 115,000-square-foot medical injection molding manufacturing and office facility constructed utilizing a thermomass tilt-up concrete exterior wall system. A variety of panel types were used, including vertical, horizontal and figural, and full-height glass in the east and west elevations flood the interior with natural daylight. Taking cues from the building's natural surroundings, the team used board-formed concrete to create a wood grain relief on the building facade.
