Project X

Tilt-up provided significant savings to Project X, a 145,800-square-foot, four-story office building located on Daniel Island, South Carolina. Tilt-up also brought six months of savings in the construction schedule. With reduced beam depths and the number of columns, easier interior layouts created an open, secure office space. In addition, the dumpster and transformer/generator area was designed for tilt-up in lieu of masonry to match the design of the overall exterior facade.
