Powell Electrical Services
Tilt-up was selected for an office building, warehouse and courtyard in a development for Powell Electrical Systems. The three-story office features 30-foot-wide, three-story panels topped with a ribbon window top story. With column-free glazed corners, the office utilizes 1-inch insulated low-e vision and spandrel glazing. A unique series of tilt-up screen walls define a courtyard between the two buildings. Braces on the freestanding wall create the canopy cover.
