The PENN building features an innovative combination of materials including tilt-up concrete panels, stone, continuous windows, recessed windows and punched openings to create an appealing curved entry feature. The entry panels' vertical legs are recessed to allow the curtain wall windows to pass in front of the panel legs to allow for a continuous window. Concrete played an important role in the project's achievement of LEED certification.
