Patrinely Crosstown Center

Tilt-up construction was selected for the Patrinely Crosstown Center, a four-story building designed to house up to 1,200 USAA employees in Tampa, Florida. With an overall schedule from mobilization to panels erected in eight weeks, the contractor overcame many obstacles while maintaining quality and safety. The large punched openings provide the offices at each level with ample natural lighting. Formliner and post-applied sun shades create depth and unity for the accompanying precast garage.
