Next IT at Pinecroft
The NEXT IT at Pinecroft project is a 44,000-square-foot tilt-up structure incorporating insulated sandwich panels. The building's entry features a board form finish wrapping all sides of the panels that flow from the exterior through the lobby. This element was particularly challenging since all sides of these insulated panels had an architectural finish. With tilt-up as the building method, the project met the tenant's requirements for energy efficiency, comfort and flexibility for work flow.
