The Memorial Hermann project's unique design features a contiguous one-story level for its Convenient Care Center with five stories above. Textured concrete panels, more similar to a precast look, and a glass-to-surface skin ratio of 45 percent provided architectural and market appeal. The attention to the concrete skin pattern's detail and two-tone glazing brought high-end appeal to the structure, while the tilt-up method provided speed-to-market and construction economy, with a weathered shell in eight months.
