Finsa Guadalupe Building

The Finsa Guadalupe Building's ambitious architectural design features precast panels and exposed concrete, structural steel, aluminum and glass as primary architectural elements. The main facade concept required the contractor to create a cubed concrete panel to solve the quality issue of exposed concrete while also addressing timing and safety issues. The precast panels' natural concrete appearance are essential elements for the facade, giving an outstanding final result.
