Fallbrook Pines Business Park
The Fallbrook Pines development consists of four, single-story, tilt-up buildings totaling 696,000 square feet of lease space for both office and warehouse use. With tilt-up construction, the team achieved an extensive curtain wall on this industrial building's office entry. A high, cantilevered canopy eyebrow was integrated into the roofing system to help meet functional and aesthetic reuirements. The project utilizes exceptional technique in design to achieve exemplary results while maintaining cost efficiency and design integrity.
