Tilt-up construction allowed for an expedited project schedule while providing a cost-effective means of meeting the robust wind rating requirements integral to data centers. Tilt-up panels also allowed for tall, unbraced parapets required to screen and protect the facility's vital rooftop mechanical equipment. In addition a a custom formliner created a unique wall pattern for the facility.The project is pursuing a LEED certified level USGBC certification.
