The Golden Oak project includes a 106,000 square foot distribution and manufacturing building with 17,000 square feet of office and showroom tenant improvements. Unique design elements include the use of travertine stone in the lobby and stairway, as well custom woodwork throughout, emphasizing the company's specialty in office furniture. The warehouse has a 2,500 square foot shipping and receiving office that controls the 90,000 square foot high-tech distribution facility.
