North Fraser Corporate Centre
The North Fraser Corporate Centre is constructed on 75-foot piles, incorporating more than 900 piles in the building's overall construction.
Despite this technical challenge,Beedie Development Group was able to include detailed architectural features that are not standard for industrial buildings. These features include angled tilt-panels, architectural reveals and recesses, and the extensive use of exterior glazing.
Beedie Development Group presented a rare opportunity in which small businesses were able to invest in their own facility by purchasing a large bay strata unit; illustrating a highly successful and innovative sales approach.
