Grandview Business Centre
The Grandview Business Centre is a four-story, multi-tenant commercial office building that is a landmark within its newly developed neighborhood. Tilt-up concrete construction is the preferred construction method for this highly residential area because of its tendency to be a quieter form of construction. The four-day tilt-up construction process went smoothly, even though this project included one of the heaviest panels to be lifted in western Canada at the time it was built.
