Cascade Station
The new 335,000 square foot retail center at Cascade Station consists of two main buildings and four shop buildings on a preloaded site. All of the main buildings in the retail line-up used tilt-up concrete. An aggressive accelerated construction schedule dictated early steel submittal and foundation permit packages for the Tilt-Up.
Tenants in the new center include Borders, Best Buy, Famous Footwear, Mattress World, Dress Barn, Ulta, Ross Dress for Less, DSW, Home Goods, Sports Authority, Staples, Marshalls and Golfsmith.
