Company Profile

We are part of a group of companies working and developing the construction business in Klaipeda region since 2008. We are proud to be able to contribute to the development of the Baltic Logistics Center (BLC) territory on the outskirts of Klaipeda, Lithuania, which is a strategically convenient location for logistics, storage, and cargo distribution. Baltic Logistics Center situated two kilometers from JSC ""Klaipeda Container Terminal"" and close to railway station ""Draugyste"". BLC is a multi-functional, fast-growing industrial area of more than 21 hectares, providing all logistics and warehousing services. Group priority is to expand the BLC area by designing dry storage and freezer warehouses which stands out for its continuous architecture. Observing the trends of the Lithuanian market and analyzing the experience of foreign countries, we started to focus on the Tilt-up construction method in order to meet more efficient and better construction needs. BAU SOLUTIONS provide our expertise in a variety of Architectural, Engineering and Planning services in the public and private sectors for new and existing buildings. Our Full-Service Engineering practice begins with a project’s conception, client’s creative vision, all the way to the final completion.
