Salam Al-Rubaye is the Research and Testing Manager at Dayton Superior, where he handles testing and development of composite products. He is also a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Nebraska Lincoln. For the past 8 years, his research involves finding simplified methods to predict the behavior of the composite concrete insulated panel. Salam is a coauthor for the Tilt-Up Partially Composite Insulated Wall Panels (Gray book).
