Matt Saguibo

Matt Saguibo is Chief Operating Officer at HK Composites, a fast growing company widely recognized as a leader and innovator in tilt-up concrete construction for the past 30 years. After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, he earned his Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and joined the prestigious engineering firm CH2M, now owned by Jacobs, where he provided consulting, design, construction, and operations services for corporate and government projects.


Matt joined HK Composites and immediately made a strong impact. For the past 5 years, Matt has been responsible for the day to day company operations and is involved in all aspects of business development at HK Composites. He regularly meets with engineers across the country to assist with concrete panel lifting engineering and insulated wall panel designs. He also conducts on-site visits with project managers and superintendents to help with proper, safe methods for constructing tilt-up insulated sandwich panels.

Matt and his wife reside in beautiful Utah Valley with 2 daughters. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast enjoying golf, running, hiking, boating and snow skiing.
