Born in El Paso, Texas, Israel Sanchez moved to Phoenix, Arizona, in 2003 to pursue his education. He joined Suntec Concrete in 2005, initially as a temporary job that soon turned into a full-time position. Starting as a laborer, Israel worked his way up through various divisions at Suntec, gaining hands-on experience in Foundations, Flatwork, and Structural construction. Thanks to Suntec’s training programs, he quickly developed a deep understanding of concrete work. As of January 2024, Israel transitioned into the Estimating Department, where he now uses his extensive field experience to bring precision to project planning. Prior to this role, he worked side by side with Guillermo Valdez in the Tilt Division, further honing his expertise in tilt-up construction. Israel's passion for construction traces back to his middle school days, helping his family’s construction company on weekends and during summer breaks.
