Florida International Tradeport Building 12

Summarize the project's program, features, and achievements: The Florida International Tradeport Building 12 is part of a multi-building industrial complex. Seven (7) buildings have been completed by Seretta Construction, Inc. and two (2) are currently under contract. The building features various surface elevations on its external wall panel face. These recessed features were achieved by using casting beds with numerous elevations. Each ornate entry panel's thickness ranges from 9.25 inches, 10 inches, 11.25 inches, and 12 inches. In addition to the multiple recesses, many reveals were added to highlight the architectural details.

What obstacles were overcome related to the schedule, budget, program, specification, site, etc. on this project? As with many projects, our team experienced weather delays that made it challenging to stay on schedule during the rainy season.

Please communicate any engineering complexities or unique features of the panel design for this project. ? The multiple recesses in the panels created a challenge for rebar placement due to the many different layers of reinforcement.

What is the potential for this project's impact on the community and/or environment? This project is part of a multi-building industrial complex.
