Nox-Crete has announced the appointment of Don Lindau as Tilt-Up Division Manager, strengthening the company’s commitment to serving the evolving needs of the tilt-up construction industry.
With more than 35 years of experience in commercial construction, Lindau brings extensive knowledge of construction materials, manufacturing, and distribution, along with a reputation for practical problem-solving and customer-focused support. His background spans nearly every major category of construction materials, providing a broad perspective that aligns closely with the demands of modern tilt-up construction.
For Lindau, the construction industry represents more than a profession. Following in his father’s footsteps, he entered the industry more than three decades ago and built his career through hands-on experience across multiple sectors of commercial construction.
In his new role, Lindau will support contractors and distributors nationwide through jobsite consultation, product training, troubleshooting, and technical guidance. He says the most rewarding aspect of the work is helping solve customer challenges while supporting the development of future industry professionals.
